HOA Dues
Annual dues for MBPOA are $100.00 per year, per lot. The invoices for your dues will be mailed by May 1st and will be due by June 1st of each year. If your address has changed, please contact a board member or complete the change of address form on this website.
Undeveloped lot owners, in addition to the annual dues mentioned above, you will receive an invoice for three lot mowings. You can choose this MBPOA service or you can manage mowing your lot(s) yourself. The billing cycle runs the same as the annual dues which covers the July, September, and the following May mowings for an annual fee (currently $225.00 per lot).
